License to Publish (LTP)

Publishing Open Access will mean the paper is freely accessible online immediately

upon publication. By signing the License to Publish, authors are permitted to post

the final, published PDF of their article on a website, institutional repository, or other

free public server, immediately on publication. Open access articles are published

under a CC BY License (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License).

This license allows readers to copy, distribute and transmit the contribution as long

as it is attributed back to the author. Readers are permitted to alter, transform or

build upon the contribution, and to use the article for commercial purposes.
